How to taste

  • Distillation

    Wine produced in the cognac region wine with low alcohol content, also with the acid taste. However, should go through distillation to produce high quality cognac, these characteristics are indispensable. To refer to cognac, the first is to mention brandy. Before the 18th century, French exported wine due to transportation conditions at the time, often cannot undergo the long-distance transportation and metamorphism.
